Summer Camps at Piping Rock are in full swing. From painting ponies to advanced jumping lessons, our campers our having a blast! Although many of our weeks our filling up, we do offer last minute sign ups and on slow weeks we might be able to offer a deal. Registration for 2017 Summer Horse Camps are now open at Piping Rock, located just minutes from Truckee and only a half hour from Reno! Camp is a great way for kids to get an in-depth experience with horses and horseback riding in a short period of time. Western to English, trail rides to small jumping lessons, beginners to experts, we have a summer camp experience for all ages and experience levels!
Come ring in the New Year at Piping Rock this Sunday at 2:00 PM. The weatherman is calling for snow over the weekend, so it should be a nice way to wrap up a white holiday season! The ride will wander through the wilderness for about 2 hours - prior riding experience is required as this will be an adventure!

Piping Rock has formed an Interscholastic Equestrian Team competing in Northern California. The IEA is a great way for us to show our stuff since we are used to riding different horses. With a total of 8 kids on both our middle school and high school teams, we are one of the largest in the area. Stay tuned for more updates about our success!
